I bought a used VW ID3 from here. I live in Ennis, and bought the car completely remotely, and all that was possible with excellent communication throughout the deal with Kerrill. He sent me a detailed video and explained everything I wanted know. As I live quite far away, the dealership warranty was not the most convenient for me, so, Kerrill got me a comprehensive AA warranty to cover me, so that the car could be taken to any service centre. The wheels had a few scuffs, which was also sorted for me, and was serviced fully before delivery. The car was then delivered to me in Ennis at no extra cost.I found a few issues after the delivery, and informed them about it. Kerrill & Adrian then talked to the Ennis VW dealership, so that I could take the car to them to fix the issues and all the costs were covered by S&R Motors.I was slightly concerned before buying, considering how far away Donegal is from me and how I would get support if I faced issues. But my experience was extremely good, and they were very considerate about the distance and went out of their way to make it a smooth process for me. I would highly recommend buying cars from them, and would encourage to ask about your requirements.

I recently purchased a beautiful Passat elegance car from S and R motors. From the first day I contacted them they were extremely helpful. They gave all the necessary info about the car and were very obliging when I said my friend was going to view it as we are in Co Clare. I didn't even need my friend to view it as it was exactly as they had promised. They even delivered it to me in County Clare and saved me quiet a journey! It was a pleasure doing business with them especially Peter who was always on the end of the phone for any questions I had. Top Class service 👏 👌

Great Experience buying from S & R motors in Donegal. They had plenty of used stock and also new cars. Which recently has been hard to come by in a lot of local garages. The prices were very reasonable. Peter Blake was the sales man who helped me out and gave me a great deal on my trade in. He was also very efficient in getting it all sorted and stuck to his word throughout. When I collected my new car it was in mint condition, serviced, ready for NCT , new tyres ect. Would highly recommend S&R motors and will definitely go to them again!

Recently dealt with Peter at S and R motors for my Audi. Peter was great to work with and was very quick at providing any information I asked for. The car was fully serviced including new tires, adding a further peace of mind with the purchase. It was presented in perfect shape. This is the third car I've purchased from S and R and each time has been a good experience with excellent, reliable cars. I'd also recommend the garage for servicing.

Our Tiguan made a big noise one day and the wonderful staff at S & R made space in their busy schedule to give it a little check to see was it safe to drive. They found the problem and provided us with a replacement car on the spot. This company really looks after their customers, I couldn't be happier with the kindness and great service I have received since I started going there for repairs and service. Special mention must be made to Sarah in the service dept, she looked after us so well on both of our visits and is so pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thanks Sarah!

Bought a Toyota Auris at S&R just before Christmas. Dealing with Peter was a pleasure. He couldn't do enough for you. I felt at ease as I looked at three different cars before settling on the Auris. The car was valeted and serviced before I picked it up. Good customer service is half the battle.
